Production Time
Production time for all orders can take up to 1-2 weeks due to all products being made to order. That is 7-14 business days excluding holidays and weekends. All orders are fulfilled by the order we receive them. Please note that the production time does not include the shipping time frame. Products may be shipped out sooner than the estimated production time, but never passing the estimated time frame of 1-2 weeks. Shipping Policy
Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. You will be notified when your order has been shipped in the email you provided at checkout. If the estimated time for production has past and you have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email or need to change your contact email please contact us right away.
Please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you placed your order and noticed the address is incorrect please contact us right away. It's a Dog's Vida is not responsible for packages that are shipped out to the wrong address, or are not received due to the incorrect address placed by the customer.
It's a Dog's Vida is not responsible for shipping delays , stolen or lost packages, once dropped off to the Post Office. Please make sure to contact the Post Office directly if this happens to get accurate information of your packages whereabouts.
